REVIEW | &Company Resto Bar

When it comes to night life, nothing has Toronto beat. Having said that, for those of us living in the west end, finding ways to get down there, have dinner and a few drinks and finding a way home can prove to be quite troublesome. Luckily for us, &Company Resto Bar   gives us that Toronto feel with a much shorter cab ride home. What better place to go out for drinks and dancing than the heart of Mississauga, You certainly won't miss its grand entrance driving down Enfield Place. If you aren't lucky enough to find parking, there are parking garages nearby that are easily accessible. Their new executive chef Ron Stratton who boasts a pretty impressive resume with over 20 years experience in the industry all over Canada has recently revamped their menu to with the concept of "fine familiar"cuisine. Simply put it means a menu which offers food that we're comfortable with like a burger and really elevating it to the that next level. Another thing that's change...

REVIEW | NAO Steakhouse

A good steakhouse is like a needle in a haystack .You know it's there but it's so hard to find. Steak on its own seems like a simple concept, a piece of meat that doesn't require much seasoning and just heat to cook. Yet people everywhere ourselves included have struggled to cook that perfect steak. Thankfully there are great steakhouses around in Toronto that save us the trouble of slaving over the stove. NAO Steakhouse  in Yorkville offers an extensive meat selection as well as other dinner entree options that's not just steak! NAO Steakhouse  is literally "off the beaten path" with its short walk from the main Yorkville neighbourhood. The atmosphere is like many steakhouses in Toronto with dim lighting, leather banquettes, beautiful chandeliers, where the main clientele is couples and business dinners for executives, I can also definitely see myself there after work having appetizers and sharing cocktails with my girlfriends. That's what I found was gre...

REVIEW | Levetto Restaurant - College St.

Levetto   currently has 5 locations (soon to be 6) across Ontario and one thing is clear, if you're looking for great Italian food with affordable prices, Levetto is the place to go! If you want to find a location in downtown Toronto, you won't have to look far as they have recently opened up shop in Liberty Village and in Dufferin Grove on College Street.  After having been to the Liberty Village location for a delicius lunch and the College St. location for dinner, Levetto definitely isn't one to compromise quality as more locations open up. All their pasta is made from scratch in-house and what we love most are the generous portions, as everyone knows we can eat our way through a meal. Most of their pastas range from $8-13 and considering that they're made from scratch, that's a good price for all the TLC that goes into making it! The space is modern and casual but it still feels homey and offers high quality authentic Italian cuisine.  Their menu offers a variet...
